The Austrian Patent Office published its Annual Report 2017 as a printed booklet of statistics, bar charts and text columns, and commissioned the Vienna artist Litto to extend selected pages. Nothing about the layout signals it: the pages look like a plain institutional report. Hold a phone over one and the numbers stop behaving like numbers.
