150,000 public domain works, one open call
When the Paris museums released more than 150,000 works into the public domain, Artivive turned that into an open call: pick a painting, drawing, illustration or photograph from the collection and build a digital extension for it, with video, animation, stop motion or time lapse. Twelve finalists were selected and shown at the Artivive Art Space in Vienna, with the aim of convincing the museums to put the augmented versions into their own rooms. The film is the brief, including what does not work, sculptures and objects.
Organise your own open call
Artivive runs open calls for museums, festivals and brands: artists submit, you curate, the winning works go live in AR.

- Add the digital layer in the Artivive editor. Video, image, 3D model, sound. No code.
- Publish. Visitors open it in the free app or through a WebAR link, and enterprise campaigns run fully white label, under your own brand.
