Pop cartoons step off the paper at Atelier Olschinsky

Atelier Olschinsky Art Store

Atelier Olschinsky's art store in Vienna's Mariahilf district showed ink and pop-cartoon prints by the illustrator and 3D artist Teodoru Badiu. The prints are flat graphics on bright cyan grounds: a gold skull on crossed bones, a dripping bar under the words got milk, a burst reading POW. Visitors hold a phone up to a sheet on the wall and a character walks out of it in three dimensions.

How a case like this gets made
  1. Pick what people will point their phone at: a painting, poster, pack, page or wall.
  2. Add the digital layer in the Artivive editor. Video, image, 3D model, sound. No code.
  3. Publish. Visitors open it in the free app or through a WebAR link, and enterprise campaigns run fully white label, under your own brand.
